Services & Orders
Nathan Designs UK offers custom design and 3D print services.
All orders are subject to:

Review and approval of provided 3D files

Feasibility of printing via FDM (Fused Deposition Modelling)

Agreed pricing and lead times, including any applicable priority fees
We reserve the right to refuse any project that is inappropriate, unsafe, or unprintable using our equipment.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are quoted in GBP and include a breakdown of:

Print time (hourly rate)

Material usage (per metre of filament)

Minimum charge

Priority options (Express, Standard, Low)
Full payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Delivery & Turnaround
Turnaround times are estimates and may vary depending on workload, design complexity, and printer availability. Priority turnaround options are available for an additional charge.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.
Intellectual Property
All designs, images, branding, and text on this website are the property of Nathan Designs UK unless otherwise stated.
You may not:

Reuse or redistribute any part of this website without written permission

Upload copyrighted files without the right to reproduce or modify them
Custom files submitted to us remain the intellectual property of the customer, unless a custom design service is purchased, in which case ownership may be transferred with mutual agreement.
User-Submitted Content
When submitting a 3D model or design brief:

You warrant that you have the legal right to use the file

You grant us permission to process and modify the file for printing purposes

We reserve the right to decline or delete inappropriate or unsafe models
Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of 3D printing, refunds are only available if:

We cannot produce your print as agreed

There is a proven fault or defect in production caused by us
Minor cosmetic defects (layer lines, small surface irregularities) are normal in FDM printing and not considered grounds for refund.

Limitation of Liability
Nathan Designs UK shall not be held liable for:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services if:

You attempt chargebacks or fraudulent activity
