ASA was used as a dedicated support interface material, intentionally configured not to bond with the PA-CF. This allowed for clean separation, sharper overhangs, and a superior surface finish with minimal post-processing, resulting in a high-quality, production-ready component.

Custom Design and Print

This custom rack insert was designed specifically to securely hold four audio devices within a single streamlined racking system. The model was tailored to the exact dimensions of the equipment, ensuring a precise fit, clean cable management, and a professional finish suitable for both studio and live environments.

Printed in durable PETG for added strength and heat resistance, the unit offers long-term reliability while maintaining a clean, high-quality surface finish. From initial design through to production, the project was completed and turned around within one week.

A fully bespoke server rack blanking plate, custom modelled to exact rack unit dimensions to ensure a precise, flush fit within the existing system. Designed to maintain a clean front panel finish and support proper airflow management, the component was tailored specifically to the client’s equipment rather than relying on a generic off-the-shelf solution.

This project was a last-minute priority rush job, with the client urgently needing the part within 24 hours before taking their equipment out on a job. From initial measurements and CAD modelling through to print, finishing, and handover, the entire process was completed within a single afternoon, delivering a reliable, professional result exactly when it was needed.
